anyone on the forum who is fond of aerobics? I am a big fan but i do not get time to attend proper regular classes. But i love to practice when ever i get free time. I have got few DVDs or i go for tutorials on net. :)

This activity will certainly help you keep your body healthy and fit at any time. The aerobics is very effective in maintaining a healthy body.

I share the same passion as you. I rarely have the time to visit the gym for the classes so I just use the DVD. I also love the flirty girl series with the feathers and stuff.

Every evening, there is a free aerobics session in our area. Too bad I can't go as often as I want to due to hectic schedule. Aerobics is not only good for the heart but it also helps prevent the appearance of cellulite.

I have once attended an aerobic session, I fell in love with it. I love dancing while loosing weight..:) Is it true that once you stop aerobics, the more you will gain your weight? It sounds strange..
No it depends, after leaving aerobics you have control on your diet because it helps to control on your fats.
