My little girl that is 13 need's a good look. And we are going to a party and we are looking for beauty tips for 13 and under such as hair,and makeup.

I definitely agree with Pink-Lipgloss. Teen magazines do give lots of tip for different kinds of look. I am not too good with hairs because I don't style my hair too much so I cannot give any good advice on that. As for makeup, I suggest for your daughter to use mineral makeup too. No need to use foundation because that is just way too heavy for teens. Mineral Pressed Powder will do and a simple shimmer eyeshadow, clear mascara, a light blush, and a lip gloss. That all a teen needs to polish and enhance their look.

Obviously you can get help from magazines, through some professional saloon owners and also you can search through Google there are many websites and forums like cosmetic forum it self is good informative about make up. I am new member over here but I guess that it's a really very helpful forum for people like us.
