I found out a new way to keep your weight down..
this is kind of snack...but not any Diet Food at all

I tried both, and I like the diet cookie more...
the taste is good...
overall, both of them didn't affect my health...
I quit recommend those 2products to the one who want lose weight

Losing weight without controling your diet is impossible, Fasting once in a week is also effective for loosing your weight. You have to stop those foods which provides fat to your body.

No. I tried it didn't have any problems.
It has tested in Japan Health Department.
The Diet Candy 30X, just the basil seed. It will expand when you combine with water.
ANd the O-Hime sama have the same effect as Diet Candy. IT just made you feel full. It will expand when you combine with water.
Both of them, will make you eat less in the meal time.
Also I didn't say that you can loss weight in a week.

Of course, I understand what do you mean. We need to balance meals.
But, this is just a snack....make you feel full...and you won't want to eat junk food.
this diet snack has been tested by Japanese Health Department.
This diet food has the vitamin...it is not a ordinary snack.
If this products have any problem, they won't sell it so fast in Japan.
They sell 2000bags per second.
Also Japanese girls always so slim...as you can see.
Anyways, I think drink less soda drink, like coke, c-plus, etc..
those are main cause for being fat...
also the junk food, potato chips, fries....

You have used the word hot diet food, I think it is hot by the photo on the rapper. Actually that can't give you the result because nothing special in there that can give you the nutrition and reduce your weight. Better way is keep on the old one.

Don’t drink calories
Eat the same few meals over and over again
Vegetables:
Spinach
Asparagus
Peas
Proteins:
Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor

I don't really think that these kind of diet would really work in the long run since it does not teach people to have discipline in how and what they eat. Also it's a bit of concern that you will lose weight because you will eat less since you feel "full" which is an artificial state. What happens when you run out, then you'll be eating more and that's where binge eating will start.

Yes. It is possible to lose weight without doing much exercise. I know hundreds of dieters who have reduced weight without doing much exercise. When it comes right down to it you gain weight when you eat more calories per day than your body burns. To lose weight you either have to burn more calories than you eat through added exercise.

To get the effective weight loss then I prefer fruits and vegetables. The reason is that from the fruits and vegetables I get the all types of the vitamins, protein, zinc, iodine and so on which is helpful to absorb the fat. Another most important thing is that I prefer to drink a water as 3 to 4 litres in a day.

Exercise is the best way to reduce your weight and take your food in time don't take oily and out side food .Stop using lift walk as you will do walk after your lunch and dinner that will reduce your weight.
