Exfoliator for dry skin

I tried MD Facial Scrub, but it was way too harsh for my skin, it made me bleed;P. My dermatologist says I have dry-normal skin, but I think it's dry. Any suggestions for a great exfoliator? I need it before applying my self-tanner.

Bleeding? Stop it right now and throw away the MD soap.
Dry to normal skin are not encouraged to use soap-based cleanser.
Your dermatologist should tell you that.
you should try more creamy facial cleanser, try BIORE (for dry skin type).

The skin is one of the most delicate of all our organs! for gods sake do not abuse it, cause if it is bleeding due to some cosmetic product that is wrong, if the skin is just dry and exfoliated,that could be due to natural effect of the product. but always go to specialist if skin is bleeding or reacting to the product and also immediately stop using the product. drinking health food is advisable,lots of water and vegetables and fruits.
