1.Discipline
Discipline to your self is very difficult. However, if you are interested to properly streamline the body, strengthen the intention to start with. Define the purpose and the reason why you want to do this. Then, do not hesitate to start let alone fear. Sometimes women worry humiliated by her family / couples if the current diet. If necessary, ask the person nearest you support to help you to discipline yourself.

2.Sports
Jogging, Yoga, playing basketball, and many more can make us healthy also can reduce body fat and get slim. Besides that doing sport can make us go away from sick like heart attack, hypertension, diabetes, and other.

Maybe I can share the benefits of exercise:

* Reduce risk of heart attack, hypertension, diabetes, and other.
* Improving the quality of life, especially when we enter old age.
* Ease stress, depression, and anger.
* Ease back pain, heel and foot pain that is often caused by excess body weight.
* Increase the confidence.
* Improve sexual passion (especially for women who experience problems with this post- birth).

A good diet is eating a regular and not excessive.

Not a few of us will have a dull skin, stretch mark, when the body changes shape. Therefore, do not forget to treat the skin during the diet. Pour enough olive oil in the fold around the body or where there are lots of piles of fat 1 - 2 times a day.

The best eating advice was given to me by an excellent trainer in a gym. He said
Never take a second helping of anything - after all how much can you eat in one go!!
Never eat the dessert.
When you go out to a party or somewhere else these two rules are good for controlling your diet.

How could we avoid food without cholesterol because the part of the world in which we live has many food prepared with oil containing cholesterol?
