Sleep well, It might not make your skin lighter but it will improve your skin tone and may help to even out your complexion. In beauty an even complexion is more important than fairness of skin anyway.

I love sleeping . 7-8 hours i am sleeping. I like my skin lighter. Thansk for the tips..

Yes, Garnier is very good cream and light too. I also use it regularly . When i went to go sleeping that time I used it.. :mrgreen:
