Mix sandalwood powder, gram flour, few drops of honey and rose water. Apply this paste on face and massage for few minutes in upward direction. You can see good results in a week.

The foremost and crucial things you have to do are smoothly clean your skin, particularly your face, as a minimum two times a day. Apply a soft cleanser and subsequently, wash your skin with water. Take advice of your dermatologist about what type of cleanser is best for you according to your skin type.

Use sunscreen whenever you go out and always try to avoid sun exposure.

ALWAYS wash your face before you go to bed.

You need some time to completely get rid of the acne.
Know why the acne is formed in you skin,
When the dust particle settles in skin pores and closes, it creates black head and that protrudes as acne.
So wash your face, keep it clean. Wash your face with a cleanser twice a day and with cold water every now and then.

Everyone has different type of skin..
Acne is normal for teenagers though.
When I was 16, i had lots of pimples on my forehead.
My mom asked me to apply yoghurt on my face for 20 minutes, then wash with lukewarm water.
It works for me, you may try it, no side effect. Thanks.

If you have pimples on your forehead especially,
Then probably it might be due to, dandruff, just clean it and the pimples in forehead will automatically fade away.

I also add some new tips here..

1. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day (10 to 12 is better) to assist your body in getting rid of oil, waste and toxins. Water also helps moisten your skin, which keeps your pores from clogging. Most importantly, water helps relieve stress and relax your body so you can sleep better. Water and sleep help to reduce stress. Reduce coffees, soft drinks, teas and alcohols as much as possible as they are partial diuretics in that they push more water out of the body cell than they put in.

2. Astringent Natural Soaps and any astringent agents that shrink your skin's pores, such as witch hazel, oatmeal, very cold water, and rubbing alcohol, should be avoided. When your pores shrink, more oils are clogged in the pores of the skin.

I discoverd the use of dead sea products ...
Dead Sea Salt- The Dead Sea waters has been recognized for their therapeutic
effects since ancient times. Flavius wrote
that the salts from the Dead Sea are good for healing our bodies.
The balance of the salts in Dead Sea water are magnesium, potassium, calcium chloride and bromides. Magnesium combats stress and fluid retention, slowing skin aging and
calms the nervous system. Calcium prevents water
retention, and increses circulation and strengthening bones and nails. Potassium balances the skin moisture
