I've been trying to incorporate more veggies in our diet but I'm getting resistance from my young son. I add chopped spinach to the spaghetti sauce. Using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock. Adding boiled turnips to the mashed potatoes. Zucchini/Spinach in the lasagna. Anyone have any other creative ways to sneak more veggies past him? :mrgreen:
