Well I think we have discussed some tips on beauty with our friends in here, I want to ask that doing a massage is good or not? What was your answer? Is it good or not? Did you ever been at massage parlor? How was your experience?

I have been to a massage parlour. It is one of the most relaxing places you can ever go to. They really take away all the tiredness from your body, and the oil takes away the dryness of your skin.
It is highly recommended that sometimes you mus try it.

By your replies I must try the massage parlor but I heard people saying that most of us are not used to have massaged by anyone and after that they may have bad muscle or feeling pain at different parts of their body. Is this true?

There are all types of different massages meant for different purposes. Most people are familiar with the Swedish massage which is a very gentle relaxation massage. There are also theraputic massages such as a sports massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage or Shitatzu. These are meant to get deep into your muscles/tissues to release toxins and may cause some discomfort following the massage. The discomfort level would be equivalent to slightly overworking a muscle.

Whichever type of massage you get, it's very important you communicate with the therapist. It shouldn't hurt.

No I haven't gone to any massage parlor yet! I heard someone saying that so! I think we must discuss our body condition with the therapist first and then start anything and lizcro326 I know that overworking of muscles might cause problems but it seems normal we often have that muscle pain. Any ways Thanks for the advice Buddy!
