For damaged and brittle hair you should massage the scalp well with warm coconut hair oil at least twice a week. Before washing your hair wrap a steamed towel around your hair and then wash with a mild shampoo. It can do your hair wonders! And make it soft and silky. Alternatively you could use egg yolk after applying coconut oil as it enriches the hair with protein and makes it healthier.

Another tip which i read was that you could boil hibiscus flowers in coconut oil strain the flowers and apply the oil on your hair. This will further rejuvenate your hair and make it shiny and silky.

At night put coconut oil in your hairs and do massage. Next morning use some mild regular shampoo. It will help in making hairs silky. I do it regularly.

Another good precaution is not too use the hair dryer too often. The heat from the dryer makes the hair brittle. let them dry themselves for some time and dry them only towards the end with a dryer so that they fall into shape.

I will give u one another tips.

I use shampoo and then rinse, then shampoo and use a spray bottle of vinegar and put on hair for five minutes. It gets rid of hard water deposits.

My problem with damaged hair is more toward my ends. Will massaging coconut oil into my scalp help my ends or should I work some throughout my whole head as well as my scalp? I have very fine, dense curly hair that is very delicate. Thanks for the tips. :D

It is true that using coconut oil helps our hair maintain its natural silky smooth feel. Coconut oil is an alternative for a Hotoil treatment. You do not need to go to a salon to get a hotoil treatment but you can just do it at home just like the one the was mentioned. Coconut oil also helps remove scalp dryness like dandruff. :D :D :D

I'm doing it.Actually,my grandmother taught me this hair secret she learn from her mom as well.It was called "gugo" from a coconut extract. It is applied to the hair then leaving it a few minutes then rinse. It serves as the conditioner and treatment which effectively good and less expensive.

This is very creative and healthy to the scalp. I'll try this and see how it works on my hair. I spend too much buying hair products to make it thicker and silkier, and this organic hair treatment will be great for me :)

I read somewhere that applying beetroot paste can bring good result like using shampoos. I also tried it..Wow..!!that was amazing..it made my hair more soft and manageable than shampoos. No side effects and my hair is glowing with softness.
